For as long as I can remember, I’ve dreamt about running my own business. The idea of shaping something uniquely mine has always been exciting, yet for the longest time, it never seemed like the right moment. Confidence, timing, or clarity—it felt like one of these was always missing.
I wasn’t sure what my “thing” would be or how I could stand out among the sea of talented consultants. What I did know, however, was that I brought value. Years of being formally trained and gaining experience working for some of the most iconic brands in the world gave me an incredible foundation to start from. But beyond that, I knew what I loved to do and what I was good at.
At its core, I just like to help. I’ve always gravitated towards challenges, to the problems that need solving. I enjoy giving employees the tools and opportunities to succeed, rolling up my sleeves to understand why things work—or don’t—and then finding solutions that make a real difference. In my career, I’ve often been drawn or assigned to those messy situations, and I’m never afraid to dig in.
One thing I’ve learned is that I’m at my best when I believe in the mission of what I’m doing. I want to work with companies and products that have a purpose I can stand behind and champion. For me, it's about more than just results. I want to know that the work I’m doing leads to something meaningful—that people are helped. Whether it’s a service that supports a child who has faced trauma, a program lifting women through leadership development, or a product that brings comfort and confidence to someone—what I’m striving for is to make an impact.
That’s why I started StrategiSphere. My mission with this new venture is simple: to help organizations find their way through the complexities that create uncertainty and forge a path toward a positive, impactful future. It’s about guiding businesses to a place where they can truly thrive—where their purpose and their people come together to create something great.
This is just the beginning, and I’m excited to see where this journey takes me. I’m here to help. Let’s build something meaningful together.
